14-8-2008 - All is Well

My mood while writing this blog: Tired

I went to the doctor today and all is well! Thank the Lord. The baby's heartbeat is normal, my iron levels and weight is good and I go back in 3 weeks for the big ultrasound (we already know it's a boy because that's what we've prayed for). So far this pregnancy has been progressing very well and I have to remind myself daily that I'm actually pregnant. I have been feeling little kicks for about a week and while the midwife was getting the heartbeat, he (yes HE) started moving out of the way. Hopefully all my visits will go a smoothly as today. I was in and out of the office in an hour and a half..including a pelvic exam and all the blood work. At my last doctor's office, I would have been in the lobby waiting to be seen for that length of time. Well, I'm going to rest while Yasmin is napping. Please keep me and my family in your prayers. God Bless!
