Hope your all well!
I need some help! I've been having some serious sleeping issues, i can't get comfy, i get too hot, even sleeping on my side is extremely uncomfy! Since i get up to pee once an hour, i don't get much sleep to begin with but i think i have slept 2 hours all together the last two nights. Anyone have anything i could try to help me be comfy! Any late night tips to help me relax a bit!
I'm willing to try just about anything.

- Tuesday, 7 Dec Thank you both! I will try the pilliow! I sleep with the window open to. My boyfriend hates it, i freeze him and i feel a little bit better! I'll let you know how it works tonight, haha thank ladies! rbrencur
- Monday, 6 Dec Get a body pillow. Seems stupid, but I skipped the pregnancy pillows and just got a $12.00 body pillow from Walmart and it works wonders!!! you can cuddle up to it which helps with learning to sleep on your side, and put the bottom between your legs which helps keep you cool. And nighties are awesome as well. Definately don't wear pants to bed!! But get a body pillow. it helps a ton. I totally know about the hot flashes though. Much to hubby's dislike it is -10 degrees here and our bedroom window is still open. lol.
