22-10-2008 - Met the pediatric surgeon

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Today, we met with our baby's surgeon. He said ultrasounds are not always predictive in finding things. He will wait until the baby is born and then decide if surgery right away needs to be done. He also mentioned that sometimes, the organs tend to go in towards the end of pregnancy. Let's pray for something like that. We really liked him a lot and now the list of doctors continue.

It is so comforting to like the surgeon. Especially when you have to entrust your baby with them. You need to be able to have an open conversation, because you are the only advocate that your baby has.

It would be so nice if the organs did go in, even a little.
