07-10-2008 - Doctor appointments! OkMy mood while writing this blog:
Ok

We went to the perinatalogist yesterday. Everything is measuring fine with the exception of what we already know with our little guy. Our specialist told us that now starting in November, I will need to have a fetal stress monitor test every Monday starting at 3pm. Yikes! This will happen until I have my c-section. With being a teacher, it's hard to leave school at that time. This morning, I spent an hour trying to find other teachers to fill in for me for the last 30 minutes of school. I also feel like a pain having them do this for me but what else can I do? It's doctor's orders and I'm considered high risk. I know I would help out another teacher in a heartbeat if there baby had any condition too. I'm just hoping everyone else is that nice too. Is anybody else doing this once a week too? I feel a little crazy right now.

Talk to you soon,

Nicole

hi, I am having them 2'x a week stating next week (ill be 32 weeks). And an ultrasound once a week. This will go on until my C section. I really dont mind. Anything that I can do to make sure my son is ok. I really hope your other teacher will step in and help. Its better then them needing a new teacher full time if you are taken out of work! For me its alot of appointments 2x's a week for the NST and I am going to try and schedule all my Dr's appts the same days so I only have to go then. Its a 25 mile drive for me! Well I am glad all is well!!!!
