My mood while writing this blog: Ok |
So i have been recalled for my glucose test as it was high so i have to go for another screening! So upset i dont want gestational diabetes and im guessing i have a high chance if the first test was high. Also its on both sides of my family and Karls Mum had it with her pregnancies so i have to ger used to the fact that i might have it! :( i have been eating alot of chocolate i always do i just love it so im going to eat really well for the next few days befor the test. Holly heck i hope i pass!
Other than that all is good coming up 29 weeks and have a huge belly! she moves aroung but she seems quite gental if that makes sence. We just got back from holiday and so nice to be home i feel even more tired i never sleep very well when im away but we had fun.
Still have my hormonal crazy days but trying to not let them get the better of me :)
Cant wait to meet my little girl

Saturday, 17 Oct Don't stress about your test, I had to do the full one with Toby and it was fine. The worst thing is that you can't eat before and then have to sit and wait for 3 hours, alot of people end up feeling very sick and dizzy so just a heads up that it can be a bit ruff. first-time-mami -

Thursday, 15 Oct I had it when pregnant and exactly as the 2 girls below me said - it's the carbs! They are evil - even not being pregnant they are evil! They are the root of all evil!!! Chocolate is a lot healthier believe it or not! xox mrsscorpio -
Thursday, 15 Oct I agree with oskygirl... I have GD and I was told to watch my carbs. So far I've managed to control it by monitoring my diet. I check my glucose level 4 times daily but at least I don't have to be on medication oskygirl31 -
Thursday, 15 Oct Hi, I know how you feel, I also have GD I didn't with my other to pregnancies, but this one yeah :( but it's not the sugar they really count, its the carbs....I have to count all the carbs I take in...15grams is one serving...morning is only 30 grams after noon and supper is 60grams...I also love chocolate....and I do eat it...just count how many carbs are in a serving...its not that bad really...well take care and good luck
