when i had a cold in the beginning of my pregnancy I spoke to a nurse and said to drink camomile tea....they also give that tea to infants....I hope you get better....

I was up all last night and the night before with a horrible head cold! Plugged (runny) nose, soar throat, horrible asthma, and non stop sneezing. Does anyone know what kind of foods are good to eat when sick, and what kind of teas are ok to drink?!? Iv heard taking tylonal is ok, but im still a chicken to take any medacine! Please help I feel soo sick!
