02-12-2008 - Scary Night

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Last night was pretty stressfull.... I had just gotten of the phone with a girlfriend and wanted to go downstairs to tell Jon a story...Well I had socks on, and Jon had been doing some renos downstairs so it was a little dirty/dusty...well anyways we have hardwood floors and I fell HARD all the way down the stairs right on my bum, and as I had fallen some liquid came out down there. My hart started pounding SOO fast all I said to Jon was drive me to the hospital.

So we got to the hospital and went to the mat ward, which they got me in right away which was good cause I was a nevous wreck, since I hadnt felt baby kick in about half an hour. Well I get into the gown, and the nurse starts strapping me to a machine that records babys heart beat and contractions in the uterus. Well she couldnt find the heartbeat, they always find the heartbeat as soon as they try normally. She tried for about 10 minutes with no luck. So i asked to go to the bathroom, just so I could stand up and kinda walk around. When i came out she tried one more time, and found it right away...OMG what a releif, I was So scared. They recored the hearbeat for half an hour, and everything showed up fine with the baby.

Now Im home and had the worst sleep ever, my tail bone is SOO sore i can barley sit, stand, or lie down. But id rather have the pain and know my babys ok... I still cant stop worrying abit tho that nothing else will happen, so im just trying to have a lazy day today.
