Hi everyone! Many of you will remember me being really irritated and complaining about our terrible experience trying to get Michael's first professional portraits at Sears. We were trying to get Michael and his cousin Isabella professionally photographed in their christening gowns. It was so annoying and the pics were so terrible I vowed to take pics at home and not go back to pay a studio for it. We had a little photo shoot today at my sister's house! All we did was raid the closet for blankets, and we used the corner of the couch, and a little Diego flip out couch she has for her two year old. The kids were being so good we snapped a few extra pics after we got them dressed in regular clothes too. The great thing was that we took a 15 minute break in the middle to calm and feed them so they are happy in almost every picture we got. We have tons to choose from to print a 5x7 for the wall! Here is a sample of what we got.

SO SWEET! I have one of Leland and his cousin Kaelynn. She's two months older and they look the same size! Course she has lots more hair. I'll try to get it posted. Sorry so late... been out of town for a while.

Soooooo cute!!! You're very clever and I bet you saved a whole bunch of cash!! I had Elijah professionally photographed and they did take beautiful shots but they wanted soooo much for them... Think I'll steal your idea and take some of our own!!
