Just got back from the drs to check her to see if she's lost or gained weight. Guess what she has gained 5oz since last monday. thats great since she still gets sick everyday. so slowly she'll get better and her next appointment they'll tell us about her meds that she'll start. thanks for all of your support.

that's great news must be a releif to find that she seems to be gaining weight. i'm so happy for you.

That's great! My son has reflux, but he gains weight fine. His doctor put him on Prevacid 15mg, I think, once a day and I have noticed a big difference. It's difficult to give it to him because it's a dissolving tablet. Doc said put it in water and give it to him but it does not dissolve all the way so I dissolve it in water and mix rice cereal with it and feed it to him with a spoon. I know sounds crazy since he's only 7 weeks but it works for us! Good luck. Hopefully her doc will give you something for her.

Glad she's doing better! They can be so much work sometimes, but all you have to do is look at her face when she's happy (or even when she's not) to know it's worth it. You two will be in my thoughts.
