Well here I am at 38 Weeks!!!
I had an appointment this morning and I now weigh a whopping 148 lbs! Yikes I am gaining 2 lbs a week now! I thought weight gain was supposed to slow down near the end but the doc says its nothing to worry about...
The good news is that I am 1cm and 30%!! Yay! I know 1cm isnt much but Im just so happy to be progressing!
This friday will be my last day of work, thank god its a short week cause I am SO uncomfortable at this point! Baby is kicking the crap out of me from the inside out as I type!
We got some photos taken this weekend. We didnt want to spend money on a photographer so Shannons sister did them for us, she did a great job, the pictures turned out really nice, especially for free :) Check them out and let me know what you think, i put them on my first page of photos.
I guess thats about all for now, it would be good if the other ladies that are getting close would let me know if they are dilated at all, and i would love to know how long it took the ladies who have already had their babies to go into labour after they started dilating...

i dont even know if im dilated or any bit effaced nd im not goin 2 da hospital until wednesday week which is only four days before my due date:-(...but we are due the same day so im just hopin im progressing like you haha goodluck hun:-)

At my appointment last week I was 1 to 1 1/2cm dilated, he didn't tell me what % effaced I was though he said her head was really far down there. I've been having contractions spiratically, so I'm excited to go in to my appointment tomorrow and see if it's done anything. BTW, 148 lbs is nothing! I'm at 176 today! I was 179 a couple days ago so not sure why it's gone down a few lbs, but I don't mind!!!

im th same as you 1 cm and 20%..... my dr said labor is what really gets you dialted so dont really go on that and i know someone who was 3cm dialated got her membrane stripped and she went into labor like a week later hopefully that aint us....
