and if you haven't joined us yet you are more than welcome to!
so it is time for you to let us know how you are doing! (Use your blog) we are all on different weeks but most of us started between Jan 1st or before and Jan 5th or so.. soooo how is it going? I have seen a few health blogs and notes but so much want to see how everything is going for you!!
remember we are in this together! so if you are having trouble getting to the gym, getting motivated, prioritizing time, avoiding the chocolate cupboard don't you worry because we are all here to help!!
this weeks homework: (if you feel like doin it!)
This is just an exercise designed to help you feel more confident:
stand in front of a mirror and have a good look at yourself.
how do you feel about yourself?
What does the voice in your head say?
does it say nice things?
do you stand there and your little voice says "you are one hot mama!, you have the nicest legs! look how great your smile is!'
or does it say negative things?
do you stand in front of the mirror and your little voice says negative things like "i am so fat, my butt is so big, no one will like me."
how do you feel in the clothes you are wearing? comfortable? sexy? sloppy? tight? constricted?
now take note of everything you have just said to yourself.
step away from the mirror and close your eyes. Imagine a time when someone you love gave you a compliment. how did you feel? how did you stand? imagine you are back in that moment! let the feeling fill you.
now open your eyes and step back in front of the mirror.
look at yourself and go through the items you just told yourself a minute ago but this time use phrases that don't close all your opportunities:
Turn "I am Fat" into "I am not in the shape I want to be in right now but I am working towards that"
turn "my butt is so big" into "I accept my butt the way it is at present"
turn "no-one will like me" into "I like myself for who I am, and the people who love me like me for who I am as well"
never tell yourself anything final always give yourself room to adjust to change. Your mindset is not final, it is constantly moving and growing and learning
remember that positive and negative energies are like magnets
Positive attracts
Negative repulses
try it the next time you are at the shops, when you go up to the counter have on a really sour face and say something negative about the weather
now go into a shop and smile feel deep within you and just say hi, how are you doing today?
and also remember that it takes 10 positives to counteract one negative!!!

Keep goin ladies! we are all super strong and super amazing! I can't believe how amazing you ladies really are! how caring and considerate, how strong and determined. We deserve to give ourselves the best there is! why? because we are worth it!
