15-7-2011 - Ava is 8 months

My mood while writing this blog:

Hi ladies... it's been way too long! Ava is now 8 months and I absolutely love motherhood!! She's everything I expected and more! Back around Easter time she started to get an irritated neck so I thought it was from slobbing sooo much lol... well to make a long story short it was eczema and it spread all over her body. Poor thing was super itchy and nights were horrible, it was triggered by food allergies and man she has them bad! She is allergic to milk, soy, eggs, wheat, corn, apples, peanuts and turkey. Since I am still nursing I cut all of the above out of my diet (I lost 15lbs already which is great lol). Ava is so much better now! The allergy specialist said he is certain she will out grow all of them except peanuts. I plan on nursing her till she is one or even a bit more if she wants to. She now enjoys the bath now that she doesn't need to scratch like crazy. She also loves going in the pool. Ava is a lil fish! lol

Let's see she doesn't really crawl she rolls lol... or if she does crawl it's backwards haha. She loves to talk and yell and dance. She cracks me up. I definitely want to have more children (at least one more) but not yet. I want to give all my attention to this lil cutie for a while.

I'm glad she got over the rash! Wow I cant believe shes alreay 8 months ...time goes by fast!

poor girl that sucks shes allergic to all those things! and esp peanuts thats a hard one. alexis loves swimming too little fish girls lol sounds like shes doing good!
