YUP... I woke up to a lil surprise! AF said hello Cyndy... I tricked you yet again!!! LOL.... Seriously I am ok with it... I actually thought I would have been boo hooing if AF showed up and when she did all I said was, "you bitch!" lol... but I still want to lose a good 20 pounds or so ... soooo I am giving myself until February and see what happens then!
A co-worker was talking about how upset she is that her granddaughter isn't really that close to her and as she was talking to her other daughter across country said to her, "No expectations... it is what it is"... if you always expect something then you will get crushed when it doesn't go your way... it's sooo true. I'm not going to expect anything! I will focus on ME... and get back on track with MY LIFE and not let things bother me!!!

You have exactly the right attitude about the situation. I was the same way. In fact, I had talked myself into not wanting to be pregnant right before it happened. I was going to the gym like crazy and looked the best I ever had. I was happy with the way things were and I was thinking about all the things my husband and I could do without a baby. Then...I got pregnant. I was happy and my outlook completely changed-again! Keep on doing what you are doing!
