27-7-2010 - 25 week update

My mood while writing this blog:
tired but good!!

Hi ladies!! Well so far so good! I have been laying down like a good girl! I went to the doctor ysdy for my glucose test and reg checkup. So my doc tells me I have protein in my urine so she wants me to take a 24 hour collection of my urine. I asked her what does that mean and she was like well it could be nothing or it could mean something. WELL no shit lady! LOL She's not concerned with it being preclampsia because my blood pressure is perfect. I know for a fact I haven't been drinking as much water as I should be... I know I know... I should be, but it's really hard for me to drink a lot since I'm laying down all day. I have my days where I drink a lot and days not enough. But I will try harder to drink more. =) She's kicking up a storm and I love it!

So last night I didn't sleep good... I had some pains in my pelvic area... not contractions... I am thinking I'm stretching some more. I feel ok now. Tomorrow I am going to make an appt at the maternal fetal place for my cervical length sono... I'm thinking of going in sooner rather than later. My doc wanted me to go within 3 weeks, but if I can go in sooner I will... just to make sure.

Now for a quick update about my so called best friend... she flipped out on me again because my boyfriend (or more like my roomie, bc we aren't really together... complicated~) invited one of my friends over for a bbq and didn't invite her. HELLO my friend came to visit me and he mentioned it and how would he tell her? He doesn't speak to her. Anyways she deleted me as her friend on Facebook and off of Blackberry messenger. She said some really nasty things and then said to me for me to give her a call once the baby is born bc then maybe I'll be "normal" again. LOL I am sooo done!!! She just loves to argue and have drama in her life and I really don't need it. So that pretty much sums up some nasty emails from her. I spared you all the cursing and craziness.

Dang Cyndy, that doesnt sound like a "so - called" best friend. I say - find a new friend!!! For real!!! Real friends wouldn't treat you like that & delete u off Facebook - she needs to grow up!!! You don't need to stress about that & protein being in your urine. Hope everything works out about that. And PS- What's happened with the fiance?

glad you are doing great!!!! I think protein in your urine is a sign of potential diabetes BUT it can easily show up if you are not drinking enough *tut tut* ;-) hahaGreat to hear from you, dont worry about your friend. She aint worth your energy x x
