Today we took our 13 month old son Brenden in for his by-annual hip x-ray we have been doing every 6 months since he was born. He "had" mild hip dysplasia...and finally today we learned that his hips are developing normally and both sides are symmetrical...so no surgery is necessary nor any further follow ups! We are so excited, finally that is the last of his 3 complications we've known about since he was a few weeks old. We were able to take him off his reflux medication back in August, and found out early January that his belly button hernia had healed on it's own without surgery. So now he's finally perfectly healthy! Hooray!!!
