I had the same problem with my little guy. He wanted to be held all the time and I couldn't get anything done-I bought a sling last week, and now the house is clean(er) and I have been able to get some "me" time, even though I'm still carrying him around. It works well in public to keep him calm.

I defiantly suggest the sling also. You can get one much cheeper off ebay. I made mine. My hubby and I are a big fan of cosleeping. After we first brought Kael home, he was VERY needy/antisleep for the first week, and after a week of not knowing what to do, I put him in bed with me at night, and viola! He was happy. At 5 months he decided he didn't want to sleep with mommy and daddy anymore and now he sleeps in his crib. I personally think BF and cosleeping work amazing together. Buy a sling. Breastfed babies tend to be a little more clingy and have problems with being more than 2 inches from mommy. Mines' the same way. I got this wonderful ring sling online and I can even breastfeed her while grocery shopping without anyone noticing. Plus, when your baby is in the sling they won't cry and your hands are free. It's worth a try anyway. :-)

My dd is 4 weeks old she is beautiful and doing really good I am bfdng 100% and I love it....We are coping really good, only thing is my baby hates to be in her swing or her chair she only wants to be hold or when I brsfeed her she fakes like she is sleeping once I tried to put her down in her crib she starts crying bcz she wants to be hold..this is during day ...nite timeonce she is napping she is fine Any advice what can I do....sometime I have to do thigs and I need to put her down I dont hold her too much I tried dfrrnt positions which she will hndle but for shrt time.........
