| 09-2-2009 - Cycle #3 TTC | My mood while writing this blog:Shocked, Excited & Nervous |
This is hard for me because I hate the thought of upsetting anyone, and so many of you wonderful ladies have been trying a lot longer then I have, there is no easy way for me to break the news. After taking three pregnancy tests and all with positives I’m convinced I’m pregnant. I'm cautious until I miss AF (she’s due on Wed or Thurs) and also until we have the ultrasound around 9 weeks to confirm the baby is okay.
I told my DH yesterday, actually he saw the test wrapper in the trash and asked what the result was, he's thrilled but like me also cautious. I never told DH I thought I might be pregnant, Saturday night he and I were playing around and he groped my BB’s (sorry for the TMI) and said I’ve got to be pregnant because they fill fuller…but they don’t hurt what so ever, other then a minor twitch I had yesterday.
I had already scheduled my yearly womanly exam for February 23rd, I called my doctor’s office and asked them to change it to a pregnancy confirmatin exam. I’m sooooo excited I’m getting my October baby, but nervous about chasing after two children and I don't want to even think about them teething at the same time ;0).
For those that are curious about my pregnancy symptoms thus far, they really aren’t the ones you hear about with the exception of being more tired then usual ( I took two naps on Saturday and a two hour nap this afternoon), increase in CM and slight mild cramping. The first thing that made me question if I could be pregnant was I started getting REALLY WEIRD CRAZY dreams, Friday I ate a peanut butter cup, and thought I was going to throw it up (I couldn’t stand chocolate while pregnant with my son), I've been really thirsty lately and if I put my hand over the general area of my uterus, it feels firm. Other then that and the bigger boobies I haven’t had any symptoms (knock on wood). As most of you already know, I REALLY wanted another October baby, the only things I did different this month was use OPKs, pre-seed and prayed daily to God he’d do as he saw fit with my uterus. God gave me a WONDERFUL birthday gift and I’ve been thanking him for the past two days!
I am so grateful to have met all of you, each and everyone of you has been super supportive for one another with answering questions and cheering someone up when they’re down, and I truly wish I could take you all along on my 40-42 week journey.
