19-6-2009 - Update on Poppy 6 months

My mood while writing this blog: happy

Well Poppy turned 6 months on 7th june i cant believe how fast time is going another 6 months and she will be 1 year old!

Shes rolling alover and sitting up a little but sometimes falls to the side or forward! She giggles and smiles at everyone, she has developed her own little personality and attitude which i love so much! She thinks (knows!) she rules the house and everyone around her! shes so funny. I love her so much <3 she puts everything she finds in her mouth and now knows what u mean when u say No to her she gives u an angry look asif to say who are you telling! haha, she loves bath time she gets so excited and has a tantrum when you take her out! but giving her a rubber duck to play with while i dry her soon keeps her quiet!

her routine is now bottle when she wakes, breakfast an hour and half after, then for dinner she will have half a jar each of dinner and pudding and some juice, then a bottle in afternoon then tea and juice then a bottle before bed at around half 7. shes started waking up sometime during the night which im so not used to as shes slept through since she was 3 weeks old, i dont know if its her top teeth coming through or if shes getting more hungry because after she has a bottle she goes back over?! its really tiring when ur used to 13 solid hours from her! its just been this week but shes still on number 2 cow n gate milk for hungrier babies, now shes 6 months should i move her onto number 3 and will this fill her more? shes getting weighed on tuesday but at 22 weeks she was 17lb.

Everythings been going great but i will be going back to work at the end of july im not looking forward to this but hoping my boss will let me just do two days a week and let me pick my hours so my mum can look after her on her days off i would rather leave work then put her in a nursery!

She still just has two teeth, the two bottom ones but not sure if her top ones are coming through.

As for me i am feeling ok i sometimes have my down days but what mum doesnt! my pelvis is still as bad as before and im waiting to see a consultant, but know that if it isnt better in the first 6 months its never going to be :( they should have given me a c-section early not let me go 10 days over with nearly a 9lb baby and use stirrups and suction they have completely messed me up which im really pissed off about. i still have a bit of baby weight to lose, the last bit is the hardest! but getting there! with me not been able to exercise at all because of my pelvis im having to practically starve if i want to lose this last bit! haha.

well hope everyone is doing well and i will put on another blog of new poppy pics soon as i can.
