03-8-2008 - Back to work I go....

My mood while writing this blog: sad to go back to work, but happy about his development

Chris Jr. is doing great! He went to a development specialist earlier this week and they were so impressed with him. The dr. said he was one of the best 25 weeker's he's ever seen. He's getting so big and chubby and I'm lovin it. He got 4 shots this past week and I think I was more hurt than him. He handled each one like a champ! Now if only he could learn to sleep more than 3hrs at a time...lol

On a sad note... I go back to work tomorrow. I've been off 8 months and it seem like it's way too soon to go back. My little guy will be going to my mom's each day so that's a big help. My husband and I talked and if my mom was going back to work, then I would stay home because we didn't want our little guy going to day care just yet. My mom has truely been there for us. She quit her job when I was admitted in the hospital in January and stayed there everyday and every night until I was released. After I was sent home I stayed with her for another 4wks until Chris Jr. was born. She is the best mom and grandmom ever. I'm blessed to have her in our lives!!
