Well, I had a doctors appointment yesterday. All seems fine. Cayden's heart rate was 135, which it's been in the 130's for the past few months so that's awesome. He is head down and will most likely stay that way. My doc did the strep b swab and asked if I wanted her to check my cervix. Of course I did! So, she said my cervix is very,very soft and is 1cm dilated. I haven't effaced any but with 2nd or more pregnancies, effacement can happen within a matter of minutes and right before labor or during labor. I remember when I was pregnant with my son, I was 2cm dilated and 80% effaced for about a month. We'll see where I'm at when I go to my next appointment on May 20th. Hopefully I'll have progressed some more by then! I have been having some crazy contractions so I hope there not all for nothing! After my next appointment, I'll be going every week. I can't believe this is it! The last month of my pregnancy! Time has been flying by and I just can't wait to hold my little man!
His nursery is almost finished! I got most of the things ordered. Although one thing I ordered was broken when I go it so I have to deal with returning it and getting another one. That pissed me off because it was the one thing I couldn't wait to hang up! I knew that was gunna happen! I'm still waiting on one thing to be delivered and we have to go out and by a chair/glider and ottoman and a mattress. I still want to get a plant or two and we're waiting for my MIL to make the curtains! I can't wait to see it all put together! One half of the room is just about finished. All I need is the hamper I ordered and the mirrors that were broken when I got them.
