My mood while writing this blog: Excited/Stressed

So, last week we went to St. Joe. We easily looked at over 40 houses in 3 days. Friday I was getting my hopes up. We had no where to live, we have to move to St. Joe due to relocation from my husbands work. So, we were driving around looking for some house that was for rent. We found it, drove around back to the alley and all of a sudden it turned into mud! The car totally got stuck. I started to cry. I was just thinking, I'm fat and pregnant, we don't have anywhere to live. And we're stuck in the f++++++ mud!!!!!!! I was an emotional wreck! lol Anyway, the Realtor called while we were stuck in the mud. She had a few more houses she wanted us to see. We were still waiting on the tow truck to come rescue us so I told her what had happened and said I would call her back once we were out of the mud. An hour later we were safe again. I called and we were off house hunting. We weren't really finding anything in our price range so she decided to up it a little bit to see what was out there for us. She took us to this one house and we completely fell in love with it. So, Friday evening we made an offer on it and the seller countered and we accepted it. So, now we're in the process of getting the loan and everything finalized. The set closing date is April 15th, but if the loan is finalized earlier, then we can close earlier.
