05-1-2012 - Lyla Sue Update & Pics!

My mood while writing this blog:
ok

Well I can't believe Lyla is already 8 weeks old! Time is going by too fast! For those of you who are interested I posted the birth story under the childern info! :)

So far things have been good but also a little crazy. Lyla has acid reflux and we are having the hardest time finding the right meds to work! We switched her formula to soy and all that did was constipate her. She cries alot and I feel so bad for her!! She is sleeping pretty decent though. She goes down around 11pm-12am and sleeps until 3:30-5:30am. She's even sleps a few 7hrs stretches a few nights. Now if we can just get her reflux under control I'll be happy!

Addisyn is doing amazing w/her baby sister! She loves her so much and is so helpful! She wants to hold her all the time and is constantly talking to her! I'm so happy she loves her and isn't jealous! Addisyn will be 3 next month. I can't believe it!!

So adorable! And YOU mama look awesome! You cannot tell you just had a baby. =) Laila had acid reflux bad, I was nursing her and had to cut out all dairy and the docs suggested a few different formulas. THe only thing that worked was ZANTAC. I still have some. Beg your pediatrician for it! We had to go in complaining a million times to finally get it. It's been around forever and totally safe and doesn't make them sleepy or anything. I know how it feels to have a screaming little girl and not be able to do anything to comfort them or make them feel better. So sad! Anyway, let me know if you have any questions about the acid reflux. oh and btw...we need to be fb friends!!! (Sarah Clements Dolezal is my ACTUAL name...ha ha) Hope you're well mama!!!!

She is absolutley beautiful! I know how you feel with the time though, i had baby boy 3 days ago and this is the first time ive even been anywhere near the computer. I dont think ill get the chance to blog or add photos for a while longer. So happy to hear addisyn is being a great big sister. Kyelah is being the same with her new little brother. We have a similiar age gap as kyelah will be 3 in may. Im so happy she understands and just wants to help. hope everything else is going well. like i said earlier you have an absolutley beautiful little girl, she is stunning :)

Aww They are both so precious!!! My oldest daughter will be 3 in 15 more days!! And my youngest daughter just turned 1 on Dec. 15th!! They sure do grow so fast!!! Is your almost 3 yr old fully potty trained?
