Yes, I said TEETH..as in plural! Not even 6 mos old yet and we've gotten 2 teeth! I noticed the first one yesterday, June 7th. I had just changed an incredibly poopy diaper and miss Abbigail looked at me and gave me the hugest smile...as if to say thanks. I then noticed a white tooth had popped up...and it wasn't there before! I looked in her mouth again, yep, def a tooth! I felt in her mouth...and sure enuff, it felt like a tooth. Now, it wasn't fully in, but I'd say a quarter to halfway in.
then, this morning, June 8th i am playing with Abbigail. She is tickelish so I found her tickelish spot. She opened her mouth to laugh and I saw a 2nd tooth...or at least part of one. I was like, surely not 2? So i felt around and had her open her mouth again...sure enuff, it's there, or almost there. It hasn't come up as much as the 1st tooth, but the edge of this new tooth is right at the surface of the gum. Enuff to see and feel....and I';m guessing will be fully broken thru in the next 24-48 hours.
2 teeth and only 5.6months old!!!! My oldest didn't sprout her first tooth till closer to 7 months! So two weeks ago I took Abbigail to the dr who confirmed she was teething. She had been drooling a LOT and gumming everything in sight. Well, with no fever and not even acting as if she was in pain I figured wee had a ways to go. I mean a baby can teethe for a month or more before anything comes from it. So I figured ti was begginning teething. So I was shocked to see tooth number 1 yesterday after only 2 weeks! I was also releived to see it had come up with not even a fever.
Yesterday Abbigail did have a slite dihreah problem. Not bad at all...cahnged 4 poopy diapers as opposed to the 1. I chalked it up to her teething and figured if this was the worst of it then no big deal. But after seeing the 2nd tooth this morning ( and still no fever or screaming from pain) its no wonder she ahd so many poopies yesterday!
Abbigail is 5 mos 2 weeks and 4 days and has 2 teeth! I am so excited, yet in total shock!

Awww yah for Abbigail.....Hoe cute my son is still toothless... i feel like he has been teething since 12 weeks old,lol How fun dont forget to jott it in a baby book.....Congrats Abbigail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

her teeth are both on the bottom....the right side popped up yesterday and her left bottom is peeking thru today
