My mood while writing this blog: scared |
well i feel like the icon i put on this blog. in the event you can't see the icon, it is a smiley face beating itself with a bat....going crazy! lol as i am!
well as of late last week, my hcg levels were at 20....then four days later they were at 240....then a couple of hours(the same day as 240) they were up to 252. today i went in to to the doc office to have my levels checked again, but i won't know until tomorrow.... in the mean time i am going crazy!
normally i would be a LITTLE more relaxed, but i went to the restroom a bit ago a saw brownish blood on the tissue. i freaked out and called dh but didn't hear what i wanted to hear. since he is a scientist he asks a lot of questions(which is good, i am just emotional)..."how much am i bleeding? am i cramping" etc etc and then told me everything is probably fine, that i should contuine on with my day. BUT what i wanted to hear is 'lay down in bed...get some rest....i will see you later...' now when i go to the bathroom i see tiny brownish clumps....
so my doc put me on progetrone. i am suppose insert it when i go to bed, but i did it early today and figre since i am laying down, it would be okay....come on uterus!!!
anyways sigh i am sooo moody and impatient. i feel as through i am snapping at everyone, sorry strangers. well we shall see what is going on with me tomorrow. cheers to higher hcg levels!

Wednesday, 4 Mar I totally understand why you are worried. It is scary to see any bleeding. When I had brown spotting at 10 weeks (I think) the docs said generally brown spotting without cramping isnt anything to worry about.
Progesterone is brilliant!!! Keep using that, get some rest and *try*to relax x x x
I am thinking you. stcy2113 -
Wednesday, 4 Mar I had some brown blood spotting when I was about 6 weeks pregnant too, I went to the ER thinking I was having a m/c and the Dr told me not to worry because brown blood is old blood, and as long as its brown it is probally nothing. It is more than likely just old implantation blood. Have you had sex recently? That can make the old blood come out. Praying for you and your baby! shawshoo -
Wednesday, 4 Mar I don't want to tell you not to be afraid, given your history, it is completely understandable. However, the only thing you can do is try to relax and remain as stressfree as possible.. If you are going to miscarry (WHICH ISN"T GOING TO HAPPEN) then there is absolutly nothing you can do to stop it right now. Trying to remain stressfree is your best bet for your little bean. Implantation bleeding is completely normal for about 33% of women. This can occur anywhere from 6-17 days after ovulation. Think the best, and assume that this is the case. Take a second and just breath, everything is going to be fine!!
