15-10-2008 - Update on Bleeding and Worried

My mood while writing this blog: Concerned

Well, not only did I have to worry about my bleeding and cramping, I had to worry about finding a ride home from the hospital. Everyone was either working or busy. My boyfriend was suppose to come get me, but wasn't able to, but thats another story. So lucky enough I found a friend who was able to pick me up. It took me an hour or so to find a ride after the appointment and was worried at first because my battery was running low and was scared I'd be stuck.

At the actual appoinment doctor check everything and said I wasn't dilating and could not find the source of my bleeding. I hadn't had sex in over a week or longer so it wasn't that. However what concerned her the most is that I'm measuring too small. I have no clue how small, but small enough to warrant another ultrasound for tomorrow. She said they will figure out if its a placenta problem or lack of fluids. Now if its low fluids they will take me to the hospital where'd I deliver in case and hook me up to I.Vs. If its drastically low they'll deliver me tomorrow. If its a placenta problem I'll be delivered in a few weeks.

You'd think I would have the problem that he's too big because I have gestational diabetes, but its oddly the other way around. I'm praying everything will be okay. He's still moving really good. I'll update on my ultrasound tomorrow and tell you how he measured. She said he could possibly be hiding, and my body could just be good at hiding him. Which is what I pray for. I want my son to be healthy.
