14-7-2009 - Week 11

My mood while writing this blog:
Fine & dandy!

SO, made it to 11 weeks.... WOW! I'm still not feeling anything. Everyone is talking about the size of their boobs but mine are still the same! And I've so been looking forward to having big bazookas! I think I'm going to have to face facts; I'm going to gain the weight in my bum & thighs aren't I???

My stomach is getting fat (or I should say fatter, hahaha)! How come there aren't any of those yellow smiley faces with fat bums? I reckon everyone would use those, hahaha.

I can hardly believe that in four days, I will be able to say I am three months pregnant.

Other person: "Wow, you're pregnant, congratuations, how far along are you?"
Me: "THREE MONTHS!!!!"

I've decided to take a pic of my belly side-on this weekend. I'm feeling a little safer!! However I just know I'm going to feel sick with dread on the morning of the ultrasound on the 24th.

I've been really thirsty lately and guzzling water like it's going out of fashion! Yep, that's a good thing :-)

Well, I don't really have much to report, just wanted to jot down a few thoughts. I still can't believe my hopes of having a baby are coming true!

Told you all would be well, hang on in there and I'll be thinking of you on the 24th. Sorry not written so much - getting bogged down at work, can't wait till September then I'll have less to do till November and then I'll have all the time in the world to go shopping for the little one. Just think you'll be having your little one in Summer and us in Winter. Seems weird. Keep on drinking the water and eating the oranges HAHA!! X

My boobs are massive (sorry... not meaning to rub it in) and that is the best part of this pregnancy so far!!! I love my boobs!!! But I am much fatter this time than I was the first time, so that's not good. No bikini shots of me this time. My bum is copping it too, just call me old lard arse! It will be great to be able to say, "I'm three months pregnant" and think of this, you will just about be a third of the way through your pregnancy! Only 2/3rds left. I'm sure your ultrasound will be fine, I will certainly be thinking of you. I have another ultrasound this Friday (in 2 days) and I'm a bit nervous about it, but afterwards I will be far more relaxed. Can't wait. Anyway, you should invent a fat bum smiley face, I'm sure most of us would use it!

Wow chicky, how exciting. Your funny. love your comments! Im sure everything will be fantastic at your us and u will have a screaming bundle in 6 months and getting up for night feeds with your eyes dragging on the floor lol... well done and take care!!! x
