06-5-2008 - Nasal strips rule!!!

Thank you to everyone who bothered to respond to my question about breathing difficulties. My hubby had to go to 7 chemists to get them but finally found nasal strips for me. I used one last night and had a wonderful sleep. I still woke up to go to the toilet but was able to fall asleep again instead of lying awake unable to breathe. My mouth was not dry in the morning either. Hubby still said that I snored but I didnt notice. what an amazing invention. When my alarm went off, I didnt want to get up. I wanted to keep sleeping and the first thing I thought when I woke up was thankyou to everyone who made a suggestion and recommended the nasal strips. I cant believe I suffered this long breathing so badly. Well once again thank you and I hope all of you read this. I really appreciate it and actually look forward to going to bed instead of dreading it.
