I had a strong feeling that tomorrow could be the day ie today. Nothing happened in the night but this morning had to rush to the toilet for a loose bm and then later had a gush which was blood tinged and yellowy. While I was still lying in bed, I started doing some nipple stimulation and began having 2-3 minute apart contractions, another sort of gush and regular contractions. I had a shower and was encouraged to note they were still coming in the shower. I counted to 70 from the end of one to the start of another contraction. I am now up and showered and all the bags are in the car. the contractions are quite strong and I am feeling them in the back. Also this morning my tummy was all over one side which was really weird to look at. Now that all that has been done to get me ready I am having less contractions and waiting to see what happens. Hubby has already rang the hospital but they were engaged so I am just waiting to see what happens. Although my due date has passed, I feel like a bit of a fool rushing to hospital so I might wait a bit to see. I have started the nipple stimulation again. Majorly painful contraction now - gotta go. wish me luck
