11-12-2008 - completely better

My mood while writing this blog: happy

I am almost completely over my sickness. Still coughing a little but I can breathe now. I am so grateful for my good health, I really am.

Hadley slept til 5am last night, yay! I had a lovely night's sleep actually. Just had to write and say that Hadley has begun talking - he started a few days ago. Just sort of like vowel sounds. He is also going for his hand a lot. It has already become a habit for him and he will suck on anything; fingers, his and other's as well, my neck, clothes and anything near his face really. He is smiling and laughing at random things or nothing in particular. He is gaining more control over his hand movements; like reaching for things more deliberately now. He can hit his toys on his rocker sometimes and when I put my face close to his chest he touches my face.

I took him to my daughter's awards night last night and he just sat with me very relaxed after sleeping for a while and then got a bit frustrated toward the end but he was just tired. what a good boy
