27-5-2009 - TMI for some on the m/c...

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Thought I would update you on my m/c it started Friday morning and lasted until Tuesday. Normaly flow is 3 days so 5 seemed like it would never end and I am still having some old blood discharge today. My hubby was very sweet durring the loss always asking how I was feeling and if the bleeding was getting better. He was great to take care of our 11 month old who was a handful as it seemed like all I wanted to do was sleep. I counldnt believe how exhausted I was.

The first day was not as painful as day 2...I had a lot of clots much like after the birth of my first. The cramping was that of a normal pregnancy but more constant contractions (I even felt myself subcontiously trying to help push) I took tylenol ever 4 hours and tried to stay positive. I am proud of how well my hubby and I did!

So dont laugh but we are already planning on ttc again. We figured that with my loss on May 22 and my cycle being aprox 45 days we are going to hit the bd hard from June 11 to the 27th! I am going to try and take my temp and also try the clear blue ovulator tests for that period of time. Has anyone had luck on this? First things first I go in Friday for my hcg levels to make sure they are below 5 and a u/s to make sure that everything flushed as it should.

My great hubby finished the fence in our yard I can't wait to get in to my swim suite and jump in the kiddy pool with baby. I also started a garden and will be able to tend to it more now. We are even thinking about a deck (which is so exciting) So I am just trying to keep my mind off the ttc and focus more on living and my sweet babe. (even though we all know I will be secretly trying to figure out how to bd with hubby more than once a day he he).
