09-12-2009 - I have missed you guys

My mood while writing this blog: Happy go lucky!

Hello my lovely ladies

I am ever so sorry I havent blogged in a while. Firstly my phone broke, and I lost quite a lot of stuff from it, then my beloved laptop broke, which meant more stuff (pictures etc grr!) so keeping up to date has been a bit difficult.

Also, Addysen has a dislike to technology! Everytime a camera, camcorder, computer gets near her, she screams the place down lol! We are working on it though ;o)

So now for my little update (so much has happened in 2months) anyway here goes. I am doing great, and love being Addysens mum :o) she amazes me every day, and I cant get enough of her big blue eyes and chubby cheeks :o) I have been keeping well and very busy. Although at the moment a have a little cold, as its the first one in nearly two years its knocked me sideways! But hey, I am not going to let it beat me ooooh nooo! Where was I, oh yeah... I go back to work the beginning of April :o( Booo! If I could take more time off I most certainly would, although I am going back at the start of a new financial year, with a ton of holiday and flexi time :o) so I can take loads of holiday and still get paid ;o) (up there of thinking, down there for dancing!) That still doesnt make up for the fact that I will miss out on Addysens development :o(

Now for my munchkin :o) She is now 3months old, oh my god where has that time gone??? She is doing great, and now weighs a healthy 14lb 2oz :o) every day she learns something new, and surprises us and herself! Over the past few weeks she has found her voice, which is sooo funny when she makes a noise and wonders where it came from heehee. She gets very excited about lots things now, the sweetest one is waking up in the morning and seeing me peering over her moses basket, she has a huge smile and starts wiggling and laughing :o) When the tv is on, and I put the cartoon channels on, she laughs at Fifi, Tom & Jerry, Tigger & Pooh, and Mickey Mouse :o) The funniest is when we have a programme on, and if something bad happens she laughs, and when something dramatic happens she gasps! She is too cute. Darren has had the skate boarding on or BMX'ing and she is wiggling on the floor like she is practising the tricks lol! I have a video of it, which I will try and figure out how to get on here.

She has had lots of visitors, the most recent being Darrens dad, he lives in Texas, and bought over a ton of clothes, mainly Oosh Kosh B'gosh which are all lovely, I am gutted you cant buy it over here anymore, luckly he bought year old sizes, so she has time to grow into them, rather than grow out of them ;o) he is going to spoil her rotten, he has already promised her a Karmann Ghia! (Lynn you know what I mean by that ;o) ) Although that will be more for Darrens benefit lol!

I do have up to date pictures of her, but like always I havent had the time to put them on. I promise I will :o) along with the videos I have too. For now she is sleeping. She has been getting soooo much better at sleeping during the day (you may remember we had trouble!) Its seems that now she is sleeping through the night (yes peeps, thats right!) she sleeps better in the day :o) The health visitor says that sometimes it works out that way, well that is fine with me. I am so proud of her, and tell her every morning :o) I have also found that giving her one extra ounce in her milk before bed helps too :o) (which ever it is, its doing the trick ;o) haha)

Anyway enough of my ramblings. So how have you been, whats been happening, what have I missed?
