08-2-2009 - one more month

My mood while writing this blog:
unsure

Well, this wasn't my month either. We have decided to try one more month (including acupuncture) and then let it go for a while. It will be very hard for me to let go but I know in my heart I need to. Trying so hard month after month is just adding too much emotional stress to my life. It seems the harder we try, the more hopeful I get and the more disappointed I get. I feel I have reached my limit for a while. I don't want to force something either that isn't meant to be right now. I want to trust in God's plan, whatever that may or may not contain. So I am sad but there is also some sort of other emotion there - maybe relief. Not sure. Well, we will see what next month brings and then I will try to shift my focus onto other things in the future - like our move back to the states in July. Maybe we are just not meant to get pregnant until after the move. Maybe overthere I will find just the right doctor and medical care. Time will tell.

Sorry for this is not your month. I am due for AF wed and I am sure that she will be @ my house coz we didn't bd except two days and not in my fertile dates so I am out too. And I know that it is hard to see AF month after month but what to do? I said don't give up I want you to see one of my firend network babynheaven's story. She never gave up at all even she was having many hard times at the end now she is pregnant with twins. And I say to you don't give up!!!!

Hi my friend!!! Yes... I agree! The stress of ttc and then the disappointment of not getting your BFP can put your body through unwanted extra stress!!! As difficult as it may be and as sad and lonely as you may feel... trying to concentrate on other things may help a bit! Unfortunately I'm at that stage right now! I just focus on the gym and getting back into shape and of course time to time I get down on myself, but I try hard to distract myself. Maybe once you stop ttc... it'll just happen!

Maybe it the stress of moving to the states and maybe you need a rest just for a bit. Take your time and try not to put so much pressure on yourself.
Please look after yourself and concentrate on your family.
