Yes, it's true, I am actually pregnant! I am 4 weeks today so it's still really early and I am cautiously excited, praying and hoping this one sticks and is successful. At 9DPO I had an inkling that I was pregnant so I took a test and there was a faint line!! Took another one the next day, and then two days later, both of those getting darker and very obvious. Wow, so hard to believe after 13 months of trying. I am feeling good and overall quite calm. I know God has been doing a work in me, particularly this last month, to calm me and give me peace, in spite of the circumstances. He has confirmed promises to me of goodness and mercy and I will do my best to hold onto those. I know I can only do so and so much (like seeing a hematologist on Monday), the rest is up to Him.
For those of you who don't know, we are moving back to the states in 3 weeks to be closer to family. So in the midst of packing and arranging and being super busy, I end up getting pregnant. Of course TTC has still been on my mind, it's hard to switch off that TTC brain, but overall I have been pretty relaxed about it, believing it will happen when and if it is meant to be.
Thanks everyone for your love and support over this past year. Please join me in prayer for this little one. And please know that my heart goes out to all of my TTC friends still trying..
