So today I had my first obgyn visit. I am really happy with the clinic I have found. Everyone there seems very kind and caring, including the doctor. He affirmed that they would keep a close eye on me. They don't know if I really do have a blood clotting problem or not (due to my only slightly abnormal levels) but he re-affirmed that the blood clotting medicine (mini aspirin and lovenox) is very low risk medicine and they prefer to treat rather than not treating, and we are just fine with that. My HCG levels had rised just fine so that was good news.
Then he arranged an ultrasound for me which I was really thankful for - but of course also nervous. It was a vaginal. So we got to see our little baby!! It measured right to date, and heart beat at 188. All was good!!! I am so relieved and happy. I got some pictures I will upload later. We got to see the baby both as a normal scan and 3D, it was so cool.
My next appointment is in a week. I have started on mini aspirin and progesterone but not Lovenox yet. They plan to send someone to my home to show me how to do the injections.
So that's my good news for now. Thanks to everyone for your support, input and prayers. It means a lot!!!

Congrats on seeing your little one. I know it was so exciting. The progesterone shots are not that bad but I will be honest after a while you butt is going to really hurt!

HEY glad to hear everything is okay. I too have to take baby aspirin once a day for the same condition. Some doctors think it works others don't think the baby aspririn does anything at all. I have delivered 3 and lost 4 so I guess it works considering I have 3 healthy children. I'm pregnant with the fourth and taking the baby aspirin, so hopefully everything will be fine GOOD LUCK
