Yesterday I had my 33 week appointment. First an U/S which went really well. I was so relieved to see that Kaden has turned this past week and is now head down!! After such a troublesome pregnancy I am really hoping and praying for a good natural birth. Kaden passed his weekly U/S perfectly again, yay. I got to see my OB for two minutes before he had to run off and deliver a baby, but I really didn't need to see him longer. Most of all we discussed my glucose levels which have been slightly over the last couple of days and he said I could take an extra Glyburide pill in the morning if needed. I took an extra one this morning and unfortunately it didn't work but I am hoping my numbers the rest of the day will be okay. It is very frustrating and feels a bit like a failure, but fortunately there's not many weeks left. Actually today I started writing a packing list for the hospital - also because I realized I do need to purchase a few things. And Kaden's crib is now ready for pick up and I am so looking forward to getting his room ready. It is so exciting and unreal at the same time - can someone pinch me please??

Great news and beautiful pictures. I am so happy (and very jealous) for you. Your updates and photos both inspire me to keep going and are also so bittersweet as I am reminded of what stage I would be at now. Hoping for a lovely natural birth and beautiful healthy little baby in just a few weeks now! Hugs.

PINCH PINCH! It's really real now mama! 5 more weeks for me until I see Jack! It is so much fun getting the room ready and then walking by everyday imagining your baby asleep in his crib. I always peek into his room just to look around!
