well hopefully AF is starting went to the loo and got brown spotting on the paper but that was it. was only the once didnt get any the 2nd time.
iv never had implantation spotting b4 so I dont think it would be that.
If AF does arrive my new Im gonna start taking Vitex again and hopefully that will give AF a boost.
