Yesterday I had my 24 week checkup. Baby's heartbeat sounded great. She said that my weight and blood pressure were perfect, she couldn't complain about a thing. Then she went to measure my belly and was saying that she couldn't believe that I was still in my prepregnancy jeans and that my belly was so cute and small. Then she measures and says that I'm actually measuring a little large for 24 weeks. What?? So I guess I'm a little confused. One minute she's saying that I look tiny, and the next she's saying that I'm big. Anyway, she thinks that maybe the baby is a little on the large side. lol. She wants me to have a fetal weight check at my ultrasound in 2 weeks. This is kind've ironic because in the beginning of this pregnancy I did one of those silly birth prediction things. And it said that my baby would be 14lbs. Please no!!! lol. And also, I had an ultrasound at 19 weeks and she was kind've on her belly with her little butt in the air. And I was laughing because it looked so chubby. Too funny. My pudgy little peanut. Anyway, it's Friday!!! Yay!!!

did she measure you with measuring tape and say you seem bigger? my dr said from your pelvic bone to the top of the uterus should measure out in centimeters how many weeks pregnant you are. so 25 weeks should be 25 centimeters from bone to fundus of your uterus.

im glade everything is going great..... i wish i can fir in my prepregnancy jeans, at first i weighed 109 Ids now i am 131 at my last doctors visit..... wow at first i could not even gain 1 Id now i have gained 23 Ids.

Well i'm not there yet but what are you feeding that baby hahaha! Don't worry as long as baby is healthy! I am starting to feel the weight and bought my first pair of maternity pants... I am just happy that everything is as it should be. x x x

Don't let their predictions scare you. They told me my first baby was going to be over a 10 pounder...he was 8lb 4oz...born on his due date. They can never be as accurate as they make it out to be!
