22-5-2009 - WE have a due date!

The babies are growing by leaps and bounds. Kendall who was a mear 15 ounces 2 weeks ago, is now 1.7 pounds, Grayson is 1.8 (he was 1.3 2 weeks ago) They are quickly running out of space as they are plumping up ever so quickly and will do so from here on in.

My c-section scar is still sitting at 1.7 mm, unchanged for 6 weeks-and my uterus is still measuring only 2 weeks ahead, so the growth is steady.

Our next milestone is 28 weeks-90% viabilty if they were to be born-although my doctor prefers 30 weeks as an actual viability.

Of course we are still monitored every 2 weeks, then it will be weekly from week 30 on-BUT if things keep progressing in this steady fashion our birth will AUGUST 13TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are excited to have a date, as it is the first time we have an idea of when in and around they will come :-)

I have my ever so dreaded 1 hour glucose next week-that I have been prepping for this entire pregnancy-as I had GD controlled by insulin shots with Rylan, and DO NOT want to go through that again, so Ive been on a special preventative diet (not guaranteed) so im eager to get this damn test over with. I also have my RHO-GAM shot scheduled for next week(for my rh sensitivity)-so 2 major medical hurdles almost over with!

Follow the yellow brick road...........Im almost to OZ!!!!!!!!
