I make Caleb's baby food and I have been doing it since day one! The only rhing I buy is his rice cereal. I've made peas, carrots, pumpkin (yes real pumpkin!) apples and pear so far. It is SOOOOOO easy that you'll ownder why you didn't start it before. Here is a website I use for food tips. http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/
Also, I went to the dollar store and found little containers like tupperware that held about 3 table spoons of food with lids. They are dishwasher safe, micorwaveable and freezer safe...and only a dollar! Let me know if I can help you get started.

dr told us that it was ok to make your own. Just make sure you use all fresh fruits and veggies. And the fruit should be fully ripened. :)

so i keep thinking of things i wanted to ask everyone....
on terms of the baby food, have any of you made your own? i really would love to try to, i'm home and if it will save $ that would even be better too! lol
