ABOUT THE FATHER.
Name: Martin Heffernan

Height: About 5'10
Are you still together?: Nope
ABOUT YOUR PREGNANCY.
Is this your first pregnancy?: Yes
When did you find out you were pregnant: i was 9 weeks pregnant - 27th of April
Was it planned?: Nope
What was your first reaction: Relaved its a baby and not an illness as i was so sick and at 4 weeks pregnant
i had a negative test.Which resulted thinking i was ill of some sort! so shocked but delighted at same time.
Who was with you when you found out?: By my self - Rushed to tell my mom and then got convermation from my GP.
Who was the first person you told: Best friend Laura
How did your parents react: My mom was shocked - She adviced me to take test but didnt think it would of been positive.
My Dad was delighted its a baby and that i wasnt ill as he knew i hadnt been well and was undergoing test!
How far along are you: nearly 15 weeks
What was your first symptom: missed and sickness - i was stressed because of me and Martin splitting up so thought
i was missing because of that - but when sore boobs and sickness came i had idea then
negative test i was so confused.
What is your due date: 1st of December
Do you know the sex of the baby?: No want it to be a suprise :)
if so, what is it: I keep calling it a her and Martin thinks boy - but think thats natural ha!!
Have you picked out names: yes.. but could change you never know !!
if so, what are they: Lucy for a girl and Luke or Alex for a boy !
How much weight have you gained?: Not much to be honest - i had lost so much in result of me and Martin breaking up
i was heart broken and couldnt eat - then morning sickness didnt help..so im a little over 8 stone :(
Do you have stretch marks: I have some on my boobs as i was a child and they grew over night haha but none so far :)
Have you felt the baby move: Not as of yet - im looking forward to it tho.. kick away baby!!
Have you heard the heartbeat: yes and i smile each time.. its fantastic!
ABOUT THE BIRTH.
Will you keep the baby: yes of course - i cant wait!!
Home or hospital birth: hospital birth !
Natural or medicated birth: natural hopefully..but anything as long as my baby is safe.
Who will be in the delivery room with you: I would like Martin there - but at the min we are not on
great taking terms and feel he isnt showing much interest.
Will you breastfeed: yes.. ill at least try as all mom's know its not as easy as ppl think.
Do you think you'll need a c-section: i hope not
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time: oh id say so - but happy tears with having my baby in my
arms.. :)
What's the first thing you might say to him/her? you are so beautiful - your my little baby(boy or girl) the most
special and little mirical :)
would you let someone videotape the birth: I think id like to set up a camera let its video away freestanding :)
Are you excited about the birth, or scared: I am nervous but cant wait - as ill have my little baby!!
