| 09-9-2009 - IT\'S A BOY!!! |  My mood while writing this blog:Overjoyed!! |
I had my ultrasound today, I'm 19 weeks and 3 days, and my little baby cooperated perfectly, there's no mistaking he's a BOY!!! He is just so gorgeous! He was quite active and had a huge yawn which was so cute and thankfully the ultrasound tech caught it and put it on a disc for us. She was so lovely, pointing everything out, and she told us everything is looking perfect. My placenta is quite low though, and I have to go back and have another ultrasound in my 3rd trimester to check if it's moved up, otherwise it could cause problems, but she didn't seem too concerned about it. We are just so HAPPY!
I had a feeling we were having a boy and we've only really discussed boys names, so that's a good thing! Now we just have to agree on a name we both love. At this stage it's looking like it could be Max, but that could change. His middle name will be Reid, which is his Daddy's middle name.

Yay, congratulations!! I had that feeling with Lucas too, there was never any doubt that he was a boy, and his name was the only one DH and I agreed on. Definitely some motherly (and fatherly) intuition there. Good luck deciding on names, and I hope this means you can buy some new baby things!!

congrats on your baby boy! my baby was the same its like she could hear the lady talking she was very active and cooperative. good thing is since you have to go back to get your placenta checked you get to see your son again
