04-11-2008 - Prefect Little Princess.

My mood while writing this blog: Over the moon!

Heya, Well had a little scare with Olivia, She was being sick quite alot (i know it is common for a baby to be sick on feeds but this has been ALOT of sick at almost every feed), the midwife came out and checked her over today, she said it is likely to be either her Reflux or could be because she is difficult to get her wind up. and it decides to come when i'm feeding her and therefore brings back up part of her feed. She weighed her to put my mind at rest.

when she was 6days old she had gone from 7lb5oz to 6lb14oz. and today she almost put it all back on pretty much 1oz more and she will be bak to it. such a big relief tht her weight is okay.

as for me, i feel really good today. i know it is just one day towards the end of the night i coud feel all emotional again, or tomorrow i could get up feeling crappy again. but its nice to have one day when i havent cried once. =D. Anyways, my midwife gave my confidence a boost today, she said that i am doing brilliant job, the breast feeding is going brilliantly. feels different when it isn't family or my bf telling me i'm doing well cuz they could just be tellng me i am. =) but yeah, i feel so happy. =).
