19-1-2009 - 12week injections

My mood while writing this blog: tired, sad

Today my little Olivia had to have her second lot of injections. She screamed her little head off bless her. She had Mommy AND Daddy there this time so we managed to calm her down between us.

She weighs 11lb 9oz. Which is still good, i thought she would be a little bit more with all the milk she has been having lol but i spoke to a health visitor who basically said, if i am happy to be breast and bottle feeding and its making her happy, she thinks i'm doing a brill job. Not that i need someone to tell me that, but it made me feel happy, because last time i was topping up i got an old school health visitor who made me feel bad. She said her nipple refusial and constant hand chewing my be down to early teething. but i can't feel anything in her mouth. She seems to be chewing her tounge lots to. I think she may be ready to start being weaned. BUT i am going to leave it as long as possible asin between 4 and 6months. I gues she will let me know when i really cant make her happy with just milk. She is sleeping now. I think the injections have effected her a little earlier this time, last time they didnt upset her until the night. we will see i guess. last time she had me up and down all night, but i don't mind i understand.

All that worry about being pregnant i stopped taking the pill, i felt a lot better in myself then yesterday i got my period so im grumpy and in bad mood again lol. been in so much pain today with it. I think i may have been a bit mean to Jamie sending him home early. i couldnt stand him being around me no nastyness meant. i just lik having space when i am on. He hasnt ever really seen me with bad period. i got pregnant after being with him for 6 months. Not long before meeting him i hadnt long come off the pill as i had been having sex etc. just felt like it was depressing me then too. so my period had been light and irregular missing one here and there. i guess it is something he will have to get used to.

argh neways. I am going to go. Going to get something to eat before Olivia wakes up for her feed, not like her to be sleeping now for this long she usually only has cat naps at this time. and a long nap after her nxt feed i hate the way the injections really mess them up. xxx
