23-2-2009 - Happy little girl

My mood while writing this blog: Tired. but happy!

Well Olivia stopped being sick on her feeds when i changed her to the aptamil. The this afternoon she was a little sicky again. =( still not as much as before. but she didn't seem herself this afternoon. She had a screaming session for around an hr i just couldnt get her to settle. It's just typical that i am on my own when this happens i am trying to clean up get her bath and fed ready while the whole time i can hear her screaming. I guess she has to cry at some point. its very rare that she does.

I am pretty sure that it was due to her routine being a little messed up. I put her down for a little nap earlier. as she was really grumpy, and we had a doctors appointment when she normally has her nap so i thought i'd better let her get some sleep. But she still wanted to sleep when she usually does. i decided to go out until the appointment. Almost 2hrs just walking around doing nothing. and then her dr's appointment was just annoying. We waited a very long time. i was in the there nearly an hour. we was left with a student doctor. while my dr went off to see his other student. I took Olivia to see him due to a rash. I noticed it saturday morning. i did the glass test all was fine. so i decided just to keep my eye on it and her temp. Well the rash is all along her spine. anyways this morning i checked it again it had got worse started, and now she has it on the elbows to. i though i may have been a bit of a heat rash or something. Well he basically said it was nothing to worry about. Which i knew as she didn't have a temp and was her usual self(until after i went the dr's lol) I just wanted to see if they thought it may have been due to something which i used on her. but he said babys get rashes and they go. I know this cause she has had a few before. But i didnt like the look of this one. But then again he said to me that it may well be baby excema. It seems that on one part of her bck it has joined together and its a little dry patch. so i've just got to use e45 see it helps at all.

She made me cry earlier. I was sitting with her standing on my legs facing me. She put her nose to mine and looked in my eyes, and started scream(nice screaming this time) and laughing at me. and giving me kisses. I was laughing because it was a the cutest thing, and crying because i was over come with love, as cheesy as it may sound!

OH and she rolled her self from her front to on to her back this morning for the first time!!!! :)

She seems egar to get crawling when she is put on her front, and gets go frustrated. all part of growing up. i dont want her to do it too quickly. gosh she is four months old. but i know with in the next four months she is going to change even more, it is soooo enjoyable though.
