21-5-2009 - Update: 16 weeks

My mood while writing this blog: hungry still

I just realized that I hadn't written a blog here since my HCG results (soo long ago!) Well I am 16 weeks as of today (woohoo) and we will find out if this is a boy or girl in about 3 weeks. We've already had 3 u/s at 4 weeks (but we couldn't see the baby), 6 weeks, and 9 weeks. I know the baby must already look so much bigger now I cannot wait to see him/her. We've heard the heartbeat once so far.

I had to stop breastfeeding my now 10 month old, about a month ago. My milk was gone. Luckily, he took to formula very well! I'm pretty sure the reason is due to the pregnancy, but I'm still hoping that I can nurse this nect baby until at least a year old.

Some good news: my brother's wife is pregnant and due just 13 days after me! I am SOOOO excited! Unfortunatly, they like in a different state, so the cousins won't get to see each other very much so we will have to visit alot. I am so happy for them, they have 2 girls (14 & 12) so this one they are hoping is a boy! I'm hoping we both get boys! But we'll see ;)

That's all I've got for now. I'm feeling pretty good these days! I do have symptoms of pregnancy but emotionally I don't feel pregnant yet. I have felt a few twinges which could be flutters, but I'm hoping once I start feeling real kicks that the pregnancy will be more real. Anyways, thanks for reading!
