21-10-2009 - exciting 38 week appointment!

My mood while writing this blog: psyched!

AHHH I'm so excited! So 2 weeks ago I was 2 cm/50%... today I am 3 cm/75%!!!!! I told her I felt like he'd be sooner than later and she said she will be surprised if I make it to my next appointment!!! And then she mentioned how she will be on call tonight, so it would be a good time if he did decide to come tonight haha

I havn't gained or lost any weight in the last week (despite some slight ankle swelling) and she estimated he's weighing 7 1/2 lb, "if not more." She did actually measure me today, but she didn't say what it was. I have a feeling he's really getting ready to come out. And I kinda hope he does come in the next week so I don't end up with a 9 lb baby on my due date haha I've had contractions this past week, but nothing with any sort of pattern. Usually they are just really bad for a few minutes and then stop.
