12-7-2008 - 4 Months Old

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

I can't believe it has already been 4 months since my little guy came into this world! The time has gone by so quickly! He has gotten so big and keeps outgrowing his clothes. We go to the pediatrician on Monday and will find out his current weight and length. My husband weighed him on our Wii Fit last week and it showed 16.5 pounds. I can't wait to see if it is accurate or not.
Little Luke tries very hard to sit up on his own and his new thing he likes to do is to grab onto his toes. It's amazing how flexible they are at this age! He also loves to "stand up" on your lap and look around at things.
He still does not sleep through the night, however. I'd say on average he will go 4.5 hours during the night without waking at all. A few times it's been 5+, but then it can also be only 2 hours. We hope the doctor will give us the ok to start him on cereal and baby food and that will help keep his tummy full and lead to longer sleeping at night. (keep your fingers crossed)
