Hey Shav!!! I think it's hormones. The first couple of periods after having Evie were rough. All the hormones trying to adjust finally and right temselves back to normal. Don't worry it will pass. Best thing I can recomend is to take a 30 min break to yourself everyday to destress. Loves and hugs!!!
