Okay so test results are in from our family genetic chromosome workup and we are both normal. So if we have losses in the future this means we can rule out chromosome abnormality between the parents as a factor. The did karyotypes, cytogenetics and some tissue cultures.
I am unsure where we should go from here. I don't know if I want to spend more money on testing or if I just want to keep trying and praying one sticks. We have been given the go ahead to try again and I want to I just don't know if I should so something else before we do.
My doctor hasn't been the most helpful through all of this, yes she has ordered testing but at the same time she has said she thinks it just bad luck. So if she thinks I have bad luck them what is her hopes for success? I understand things can just happen and some times there is no answers but can't there be some comfort? She has said they will monitor me closely with any future pregnancy but I wonder if that is enough.
I know myself and know that I will most likely just keep trying right now there aren't many more options. I just wonder if there is something I am missing, something I can do. I guess we will see when baby number 5 is in the oven! Keep your fingers crossed ladies!
