they are confusing the hell out of me! I hate this why can't it be like my 1st one when i had contractions it was the real thing! hopefully soon i go into the real thing soon! labor dust needed so bad here i hate the pain! later ladys i will update you all if something happens sorry for all the false alarms but i though it was the real thing yesterday! damn me for thinking wrong!

Something that helped me start labour was lots of sex.. ( The midwives suggested it) The sperm helps soften your cervix, which can help it dilate :) We did it every day up till a few hours before I went into labour. Its probably the funnest way to get labour going! Good luck!

trust me i am on my 5th you will know the difrence between braxton and real contractions when u do go in labor braxton can be like a pain ful hardining of the stomach and it will eventually realease with real contractions just imagine a period cramp times 1000 they can get BAD so you should have the period like crampimg maybe with a braxton hicks to be a rea;l contraction just sometinhg to think about
